All  reservations  must  be  made  through  the  Secretariat,
and  the  eligible  stay  period  is  from  Tuesday,  August  26  to  Friday,  August  29,  2025.

※  Each  company  may  reserve  up  to  3  rooms,  and  the  reservation  deadline  is  Wednesday,  July  16,  2025.
