Reservations  must  be  made  through  the  Secretariat  and  are  available  for  stays  from  Tuesday,  August  26  to  Friday,  August  29,  2025.

Please  refer  to  the  attached  guide  for  detailed  information.  If  you  wish  to  make  a  reservation,  kindly  fill  out  the  reservation  form  and  send  it  to  the  Secretariat  by  email.

※  Each  company  may  reserve  up  to  three  rooms.
※  The  reservation  deadline  is  Wednesday,  July  16,  2025.
※  If  you  do  not  receive  a  confirmation  email  within  1？2  business  days  after  submitting  your  form,  please  contact  the  Secretariat  by  phone.
