• Business Information ABM Corporation was established as a corporation on June 9, 1992. Since then, we have been primarily engaged in the design, construction, and maintenance of architectural exterior finishing materials such as arch roofs and special roofing materials. Approximately 15 years ago, we developed solar power generation construction technology utilizing roofs by establishing a solar power plant on the roof of our factory. As a result, we have become a leading company in the construction of integrated solar power generation systems on roofs, being the only company in Korea with this technology. At the time of developing solar power generation technology, there were no comparable existing technologies in the country. Therefore, we designed molds dozens of times, created prototypes, and established our own standards to conduct various tests. In 2016, we were able to apply the technology developed at the Sejong Antarctic Science Station, and since then, we have delivered hundreds of unique integrated solar power generation systems, becoming the top company in this field. We continue to actively develop and improve our technology to promote the installation of solar power generation facilities on buildings.

• Technology Currently, our company possesses four construction innovative technologies and two excellent products designated by the Public Procurement Service. Our PR panel, a special roofing material, was registered as the first excellent product for special roofing materials in 2015. We have further improved and enhanced this technology with the WR panel, which was designated in 2021. This patented technology significantly enhances the thermal resistance performance to reduce the cooling and heating loads of buildings. Regarding solar power generation devices, we have developed a technology based on the 3S technology, which was designated as an excellent procurement product in 2015 for its power conversion efficiency improvement. This technology serves as the next-generation improvement for the designated product, while also inheriting the power conversion efficiency improvement technology. It enables the application of large-capacity inverters suitable for the trend of upsizing solar power generation facilities. Currently, our technology is registered as Construction Innovative Technology No. 832 by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, and it is also designated as an excellent procurement product.
