Technology
Yawing Slide Bearing Systems
Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials' self-lubricating materials reduce overall wear rates, though this results in lower coefficients of friction and load-bearing capabilities. These characteristics have made Ertalon® / Nylatron® PA6 and Ertalyte® PET-P the industry standard in this market, offering custom applications depending on the roughness (surface finish) of the yawing ring.
Industrial Lining Solutions
TIVAR® 88 and TIVAR® 88-2 promote consistent bulk material flow due to their low coefficient of friction. Bulk materials move freely and discharge without clogging. This reduces, or even completely eliminates, plugging, arching, and freezing. Both materials do not absorb moisture. The Mitsubishi Chemical Group (MCG) System TIVAR® Engineering team consists of specialized engineers with extensive experience.
