Company Information
- Business Information Asleep is an AI-based sleep data platform company founded in 2020. Its proprietary algorithm analyzes breathing sounds during sleep with 94% accuracy compared to hospital-level tests. Based on this data, Asleep offers health monitoring services and enables real-time control of bedroom environments, helping users improve sleep quality immediately. The company provides sleep analysis technology to major services such as SK Telecom’s “A.” and Samsung Life Insurance’s “The Health,” and has co-developed an automatic temperature control system for sleep mattresses in collaboration with KyungDong Navien. Currently, Asleep is developing a platform that integrates with a wide range of smart home appliances, aiming to enhance quality of life while simultaneously reducing unnecessary energy consumption.
- Technology Asleep has developed a proprietary AI algorithm that analyzes sleep stages in real time based on breathing sounds. Its performance has been validated through joint research with institutions such as Seoul National University Hospital and Stanford Medicine. The technology is available in API and SDK formats, making it easily integrable into various services and devices. Currently, it is embedded in KyungDong Navien’s smart sleep mat, where it provides AI-powered automatic temperature control based on the user's sleep stage. By enabling real-time synchronization between sleep analysis results and external devices, Asleep optimizes the sleep environment while minimizing unnecessary energy consumption. At the exhibition, this solution will be demonstrated in conjunction with KyungDong Navien's product, and the tablet-based hardware “SleepBoard” will also be showcased to visualize sleep data and environmental control status. Asleep’s AI solution is also used in medical institutions and can be adapted across diverse industries.
