Company Information

  • Business Information While human data is already extensively collected, analyzed, and leveraged by Big Tech companies such as Google, Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, and Microsoft, over 97% of Things (IoT) data continues to be discarded due to its diversity, complexity, and time-sensitivity. In contrast to human data, Things data must be collected, contextualized, and processed with machine learning and AI technologies at the edge to become good, trusted data that can power meaningful digital innovation. SDPLEX is at the forefront of edge computing technologies, focusing on the real-time collection and processing of data from heterogeneous devices such as sensors, instruments, PLCs, and controllers across various industrial environments. We have successfully delivered projects across key digital innovation domains including Digital Twin, Digital Transformation, Metaverse, Smart Factory, AI, and Cloud Platforms. Our core expertise extends to the development of standard platforms for AI-powered Smart Factories and FEMS (Factory Energy Management Systems).
  • Technology OnCue Framework 2.0 is an IoT-specialized software platform installed on edge gateways at industrial sites. It enables the collection, transformation, and transmission of data from various types of equipment. This IoT framework is capable of real-time data acquisition from diverse machines and sensors that utilize different communication protocols. The collected data can be transformed into various formats as required by users and transmitted to upper-level systems using communication protocols or APIs. The architecture of this program is organized into three main layers, adopting a Microservice Architecture (MSA) and utilizing Kubernetes (k8s) for orchestration: Data Acquisition Layer ? acquires data from equipment using various communication protocols. Data Processing Layer ? processes and transforms the acquired data to suit specific business models. Publishing Layer ? transmits the processed data to external systems.
